Secure Ordering
Your security is very important to us. Your card details are encrypted at point of payment and are not accessible by anyone at The Gift Centre. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us once your order has been completed and approved.
Delivery Schedule
We provide an estimated delivery time for every gift on our site, and in most cases these delivery targets are met. All goods are usually disptached or delivered within 4-7 working days by standard Royal Mail. However, all our gifts are personalised and sometimes unexpected problems may arise. Seasonal events like Christmas and Easter may also affect the dispatch and delivery times, or in extreme cases disputes by Royal Mail. For this reason we ask that in all cases you allow up to 14 days for delivery from the date of dispatch, although this is not a guarantee of delivery itself. Overseas deliveries may take up to 21 days.
We also get very busy in May and June with First Holy Communions, so please allow for extra time, or use our express delivery option.
STANDARD DELIVERY: standard delivery is FREE. All our prices are inclusive of postage and packaging to the UK. There are no hidden or unexpected costs at the checkout. Typical delivery time for standard delivery is 2-3 working days from dispatch.
EXPRESS DELIVERY: (Monday to Thursday): where offered, orders taken before 12 noon will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery when express delivery is selected. Orders after 12 noon will go next day at latest but same day if possible. UK mainland only. Post exceptions apply - please visit Royal Mail website for details.
SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERY: where offered, orders received before 12 noon Friday will go Special Delivery for Saturday when this option is selected. Contact us on orders after 12 noon as we will always try and meet delivery requirements when possible. UK mainland only. Post exceptions apply - please visit Royal Mail website for details.
We would ask you to please note that multiple orders may arrive seperately as most items are packaged and sent as soon as they are ready.
All items are delivered via Royal Mail, and customers must allow 14 days from dispatch before an item is considered lost. Special Deliveries have their own tracking code so should your order not arrive the following day, please contact us.
How To Pay
Choose to pay directly with your Credit Card, or use Paypal's Express Checkout. We accept Visa, Switch, Discover, American Express, Solo and Mastercard. Paypal account holders need only enter their email address and password. If you do not have an account then Paypal will simply process your payment using your credit card details.
Having Problems?
If you experience any problems when trying to purchase something from us, just let us know and we will look into it. Most likely it's a temporary thing, and trying again later will resolve it.
